Return your parcel to your local Post Office
Parcels should not exceed a max weight of 20kg, a max length of 61cm, a max width of 46cm and max thickness/depth of 46cm.

Refunds will take between 7 to 10 days from the date the goods have been sent back.
Refunds will be credited to the same source of payment the goods were initially paid for.
Don’t worry, you can print a new one. Just add your order number and email address in the box above to generate a label. Alternatively if you could log in and select an order from your account.
We cannot accept returns for special order items.
